Made exclusively from Aglianico grapes from 20-40 year-old vines between Venticano and Pietradefusi, cultivated according to the Organic Forest philosophy, which goes beyond organic, with no chemical interventions.  <\/p>\n<p>Vinification is minimal and respectful: direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts via pied de cuve, and no addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging follows for six months entirely in stainless steel.  <\/p>\n<p>Its lively and fine sparkle develops in the bottle thanks to the addition of frozen must from the same vineyard, following an artisanal method. An authentic sparkling ros\u00e9, unfiltered and unfined, which in the 2022 vintage also reflects the resilience of a harvest touched by hail.
