Agricolae<\/strong> is a celebration of pure Barbera, the most beloved and widespread grape variety in Piedmont, interpreted here in its most authentic and sincere form. Maceration of about 3 weeks in steel, spontaneous fermentation without selected yeasts, and aging for 9 months in steel. No microfiltration, no fining<\/strong>, and minimal added sulfites.
