La Svolta<\/strong> is a Barbera d\u2019Asti Superiore coming from an old-vine vineyard in Localit\u00e0 Cardona, in the heart of Monferrato. Grown on clay-gypsum soil, 50% of the aging takes place in amphora<\/b>, while the remaining part continues in steel and large wooden barrels. A total aging of 2 years before bottling. No microfiltration, no fining, indigenous yeasts<\/strong>, and minimal added sulfites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
