Mountain agriculture with vineyards over 700 meters high, temperatures that are always cool in summer and rigid in winter, loose soils with a sandy base and a strong presence of sandstone outcrops and marine deposits.\r\nThe idea was born from three enthusiasts, together with the wave of French \"Vin de garage\". , the first Pitatza saw the light in 2003 when the Arajani project discovered the magic of pure Aglianico and was fascinated by tradition. In 2007 the Scazzuso was born, stained by the original sin of a clandestine encounter between Aglianico and Lambrusco.\r\nUntil 2017 we only produced two wines: Pitatza and Scazzuso.\r\nIn 2018, at the eighteenth harvest, Arajani comes of age and takes the name of \"Casa Brecceto\".
