His winemaking follows a natural course, eschewing the use of sulfites and relying on indigenous yeasts. Initially, this innovation raised eyebrows among the older generation, but the success of L\u00e9o's wines has unequivocally validated this choice.\r\nL\u00e9o Dirringer's wines authentically express his commitment to quality and sustainability.
