This imparts a distinctive note of salinity and minerality to the wines. A small lake at the heart of the vineyards creates a special microclimate and serves as a nature reserve for local wildlife and flora.\r\nGiovanni Cenci, the custodian of this family legacy, shares his vision of \"Tradition and Innovation\" with a deep connection to the Umbrian land, its ancient traditions, and native grape varieties.
