Clandestini Winery

Clandestini is an artisanal winery born from a journey of exploration, movement, and conscious choice. A winemaking project built without shortcuts, shaped by traveling uncomfortably and guided by instinct and determination, without inheritances to protect or models to follow. From Campania to the Marche, the founders crossed territories and met people—first as nomads, then as apprentices, and finally as winegrowers.
The final destination lies in the Marche region, in a distinctive location between two complex and biodiverse ecosystems: the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains. Here, Clandestini found a place rich in history, agricultural vocation, and biodiversity—values the winery is committed to preserving and passing on to future generations.

Clandestini’s philosophy is rooted in a radically natural, low-intervention approach. In the vineyard, manual work is favored over mechanization, organic matter over systemic chemicals, and natural balance over forced solutions. Vines are not topped, weeded, or green-harvested. Treatments are limited to copper and sulfur, used only when strictly necessary.
Only healthy grapes, hand-harvested in small crates, are brought into the cellar. From that point on, human intervention is minimal: spontaneous fermentations are driven by native yeasts, while aging is entrusted to time and climate. Temperatures are not controlled, no additives or processing aids are used, and the wines are neither filtered nor fined.
The natural wines of Clandestini do not follow predefined rules. Each vintage is different, and every bottle evolves in its own way. These are living wines—sometimes unpredictable—capable of surprising, engaging, or even disorienting, yet always faithful to the truth of the raw material. Every bottle represents a relationship with the land, not a reproducible formula.
