Iole Rabasco Winery
Iole Rabasco cultivates about 10 hectares of vineyards, arranged in numerous plots and whose main composition is characterized by clays. The winery is placed in the Municipality of Pianella with consequent and considerable identification of a series of well-defined microclimates, each with its own specificities, which Iole decided to produce and bottle separately. In the vineyard copper and sulfur are used if necessary, the fermentations are spontaneous, moreover there is no addition of sulfur. The result is represented by the creation of thirteen types of wine – evidently produced in limited quantities – which take their name from the individual plots.
