Podere Beghetto Winery
Podere Beghetto was born in Gargallo, where Paolo Menozzi, after three generations, with the desire to keep the family traditions alive, began to work grapes directly by adopting the biological and biodynamic methodology. The vineyards extend over thirteen hectares of silty land. Since 2019 the production has moved towards a total organic processing.
Known biodynamic farming methods are used for cultivation and production. The vines present on the estate are: Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce, Lambrusco di Sorbara, Grechetto Gentile, Lambrusco Oliva and Lancellotta. The grape harvest is done manually, after a careful choice. Filters or other enological adjuvants are not used on all processes in the cellar.
