Sa Defenza Winery
The Sa Defenza winery is located in the Donori countryside in the south of Sardinia, it extends for 40 hectares in a gently hilly, fertile and particularly suitable area for the cultivation and breeding of vines. In 2012 Pietro, Paolo and Anna s three brothers took over the reins of the company, bringing their very young innovative note with the idea of creating a plant for transforming grapes into wine, currently under construction. The vines are cultivated with a natural method without any processing on the ground, letting the spontaneous herbs grow, attentive to biodiversity for the improvement of the soil and therefore to obtain high quality grapes.
