In 2008 at Spezzano Piccolo three friends (Pierpaolo, Michele and Damiano) founded this company that in a few years managed to impose itself on the market for the quality of the wines produced. Respecting the native vines and the winemaking tradition of the place, the three love to be called vigneron with their hands dirty with earth. The vineyard, with the recent plant of about 3 hectares, is conducted according to the dictates of organic farming. The agronomic technique is aimed at improving the quality of the product, for which the bunches are thinning to reduce the production per hectare to 40-45 quintals. Other grapes come from winemakers (biological and conventional) with farms in the nearby towns of Altomonte and Frascineto.
