Vigneti Vallorani Winery
The Cantina di Vigneti Vallorani rises in the valley of the Tronto river, between the Sibillini mountains of the central Apennines and the Adriatic Sea, is a rolling of gentle hills whose ordered agricultural landscapes tell the patient and secular work of an industrious population dedicated to the care of the own territory.
The vines are aged between 10 and 60 years. The ripe and healthy grapes, selected by hand from the harvest, are vinified immediately after harvesting thanks to the proximity between the vineyard and the cellar, in steel, wooden or amphora barrels. The maceration times on the skins vary according to the variety and the wine we want to produce. Spontaneous fermentations are initiated by the yeasts naturally present on the skins and started with pied-de-cuve. The refinement takes place on the fine lees so that the wines acquire aromatic richness and fullness of taste and spontaneously reach stability.
Refusal of the use of any corrective by making sure that the land does not need it, aware of the role of custodians of an environment and a landscape, the agricultural one in the Marche region, born and evolved over the centuries thanks to the meticulous work of local farmers. The wines reflect the soul of the territory in which they are born, bringing with them a wealth of history, traditions and peculiarities.
