Weingut in Der Eben Winery
The Weingut winery in Der Eben was born on a farm located at the beginning of the Isarco Valley on slopes facing south-west, with over 400 years of history. Three hectares of vineyards grown organically, and for some years in biodynamics, flowers and aromatic herbs between the rows, so biodiversity is preserved. A careful work of foliage and a reduction in the number of berries also favor the health of the fruit in a natural way. Among the vines grown there are the white varieties Sauvignon, Vernatsch, Blauburgunder, Malvasier, Merlot, Lagrein. Here quality counts according to the motto “less is more”!
