Characteristics

The wine has a light ruby-red color. On the nose, it offers red berries, pink pepper, and floral notes. On the palate, it is light and fruity, with soft tannins.

Perfect with summer salads, carpaccio, and vegetable-based dishes.

Curiosities

Primarily used in blends, it adds freshness to rosé wines from the French Riviera.
