A crossbreed created in 1936 by Luigi Manzoni from Pinot Bianco and Riesling Renano, this Venetian emblem offers wines with notes of pink grapefruit, acacia honey, and a flinty smokiness. Structured yet elegant, it pairs perfectly with grilled asparagus or sushi. Fun fact: Originally called “incrocio Mi 6-0-13,” it was renamed to honor its creator. Vines on volcanic soils in the Colli Euganei impart unique minerality.
