Moravia is a white grape native to central Spain (Vinos de Madrid DO). It produces fresh wines with citrus, green apple, and herbal notes. Low alcohol and bright acidity suit seafood salads or ceviche. Medieval monks used it for sacramental wines. Modern skin-contact versions create orange wines with saffron/tea leaf nuances. High-altitude limestone soils enhance its minerality.
