Characteristics
The wine has a light ruby-red color. On the nose, it features wild strawberry, white pepper, and volcanic minerality. On the palate, it is elegant and fresh, with silky tannins and a salty finish.
Pairings
Sublime with grilled swordfish, eggplant caponata, and Ragusano DOP cheese.
Curiosities
Vines grow on volcanic soils at over 800 meters, producing wines of remarkable verticality.
