Rosado is a pink wine produced by Bodega Cauzon Winery, vinified with Tempranillo grapes at foot of Sierra Nevada mountain. Fermentation with indigenous yeast and aging in steel tank for 6 months without sulphit added.

Bodega Cauzon was located in Spain, high-altitude wine of Sierra Nevada. Kissed by luck shall be the one who will have the pleasure to drink one from the now ex chef and vine grower Ramon Saavedra. The vineyards are at about 1200 metres of altitude at the back of the Sierra Nevada, less than 200 km from Africa and a little more than 50 km from the sea. It’s a unique microclimate in the world in which cold and heat help the grapes ripen in a balanced manner. The production is very small and cared for in every detail.
