L’Oiseau et le Bouquet is a white wine produced by Brand et Fils Winery with 100% Muscat grapes. Gentle pressing of whole clusters, spontaneous fermentation, subsequent aging in a very large old oak barrel called Foudre for 12 months, no filtration or clarification without the addition of sulfur.
