Macabeo is a sparkling white wine produced from 100% Macabeo, a typical Spanish and French white grape variety. Spontaneous fermentation of 4-5 days in steel. The wine rests for 13 months with the sediments and then is poured out starting from October of the following year. No filtration or clarification, no oenological additives.
