Emiliana is a sparkling white bottle-fermented wine produced by Lusenti Winery with a 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, refermentation in the bottle made using the Ancestral Method. No filtration or clarification.
