Barone Campanino Winery
Barone Campanino winery is located in Santa Maria di Lignano, on the hills of Assisi and precisely within the Mount Subasio Park, between 700 and 900 meters.In this place where many pedo climatic characters, altitude, light, soil , presence of natural biodiversity, generates the vocation to harmony that is highly expressed here. Here the Barone Campanino family manages the 10 hectares of vineyard, excluding from the processing practices every element attributable to synthetic chemical substances, insecticides or non-natural fertilizers according to the methods of organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines are born from different vineyards, and this diversity is returned in labels from individual plots. Wide selection of wines, including a series of “Sur Lie” obtained by natural fermentation in the bottle, all without the use of selected yeasts and the addition of sulfur.
