Cantina Manlio Manganaro
Manlio Manganaro was born as a producer only in 2017, of Sicilian origins he started his cellar with the help of Nino Barraco. Manlio takes the opportunity to rent a hectare in the Marsala area, planted with grillo, a native vine of the area and in the 2017 vintage he carries out his first harvest and vinification at his friend’s cellar. Maniacal care in the vineyard and courageous choices in the cellar return an extremely interesting and true wine. Very low yields, 35 quintals / ha.
