Chapuis et Chapuis Winery
Chapuis et Chapuis born in the village of Pommard in the Côte-d’Or. The brothers Jean-Guillaume and Romain Chapuis, hailing from a family of winemakers in Aloxe-Corton, driven by a deep passion for gastronomy, wine, and terroir, decided to combine their skills to bring to life the wines they had long dreamed of. In 2009, they established their own Chapuis Frères Winery, and now have a parallel project, “Chapuis et Chapuis,” where they produce natural Burgundy wines. They cultivate multiple parcels throughout the department using organic methods, totaling approximately three hectares. Additionally, they engage in a small Négoce activity, carefully selecting grapes from certified organic growers in the region. They are primarily known for their minimalist and natural approach, with wines undergoing spontaneous fermentations and having low or even no added sulfites.
