Coteaux Bourguignons is a red wine produced by Chapuis et Chapuis Winery with 100% Gamay grapes, sourced from various vineyards in the village. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation, maceration with whole clusters for 9 days, aging for 5 months in oak barrels. No filtration or clarification and without the addition of sulfur.
