Château Beauregard Mirouze
Nicolas Mirouze took over this family domaine in 2000, together with his wife Karine, the couple spent the following decade gradually bringing the land back to life and converting the estate to certified organic farming in 2010. In 2019, the estate also became certified biodynamic. They produce all their own compost, the sheep graze in the vineyards and ensure biodiversity by planting hedges around the vines. As young winemakers, Nicolas and Karine began producing the excellent wines typical of Corbières. Since 2014 they have started producing their own in a natural way with low sulphite content, after a random event.
