The Favaloro farm is a small family-run business, born from a change in life in honor of the love of one’s land of origin. The ancient family vineyards on the island of Salina in the valley between Monte Felci and Monte Porri were taken up and restored. The soil of volcanic origin, the exposure to sunlight, the temperature ranges from the high green hills of the island, give the grapes unique characteristics.
Considering the characteristics of the territory, Enzo and Franco Favaloro want to enhance its naturalness and the vibrations of the energy that this land releases by working naturally, also supporting the ancestral return of ourselves in the wine.
