Sisifo from the Favaloro winery is a wine referenced in the bottle with an ancestral method, produced from Catarratto grapes. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle before the end of fermentation, then it undergoes aging on the lees for 6 months before being put on the market. No yeast and no added sulphites.
