The company was born from the desire to cultivate old vines and to be able to produce great wines through passion, pruning and working the land are marked by the phases of the moon, the phytosanitary defense is entrusted only to copper, sulfur and natural preparations; the autumn green manures composed of legumes, grasses and crucifers (mustard) allow us to enrich the soil with natural organic substance and increase biodiversity by favoring the presence of useful insects. All this to be able to bring healthy grapes to maturity and to allow winemaking without the use of corrective agents and chemicals. Grapes ferment spontaneously; the wine ages, depending on the type, in steel or oak wood for months; bottling takes place without filtration or stabilization.
