After a family legacy of 3 very small vineyards and the planting of another by Giuseppe himself, he immediately imprints himself on agriculture organic, both in the 4 hectares of vineyard and in the cellar, with a strong focus on the use of only indigenous yeasts, fermentations and processes always inspired by the natural and a quantity of sulfur constantly kept to the minimum possible. After a short period of production and self-consumption, Giuseppe enters the market with a limited but high-quality production quantity. Each year about 7-8,000 bottles, embellished with the rare Moscato di Saracena, rigorously vinified according to the traditional method, to obtain very few bottles of a nectar as ancient as it is delicious, produced by as many companies as can be counted on the fingers of one hand. Giuseppe’s is the clear demonstration of a young but traditionalist, dynamic but rigorous company, which could easily be a model for all the young emerging southern entrepreneurship. Eager to make known and appreciated the gems and the richness of a territory still little valued, always maintaining a strong and solid link with the tradition and the precious recipes of their fathers.
