Peppina Passito wine produced by Cantina Giuseppe Calabrese from indigenous Guarnaccia, Malvasia, Moscato di Saracena, and adduroca grapes, this passito wine is crafted through two distinct processes. One process involves the soft pressing and destemming of Malvasia and Guarnaccia grapes, followed by boiling the must. The other process involves manual destemming and hand-pressing of Moscato grapes. The two musts are then blended and aged in steel for 6 months.
