Il Vinco Winery
Il Vinco winery was founded by three friends in, some native vines and the wonderful area of Lake Bolsena. The Vinco is a young farm, the first vintage produced in 2015, located between Marta and Montefiascone, where Daniele Manoni, Marco Fucini and Nicola Brenciaglia have recovered and given new life to Canaiolo Nero and the infamous East! East !! East !! !. The 3 hectares, characterized by volcanic soils around 400 meters above sea level and the particular microclimate of the lake, are composed of Canaiolo Nero, Grechetto Rosso, Procanico, Rossetto and White Malvasia. Since 2017, Daniele, Marco and Nicola have started their biodynamic agriculture path with the least possible intervention, favoring spontaneous fermentation and refinement without temperature control in cement vats, without clarification or filtration in the bottling phase.
