Pusole Winery
The Pusole winery is a family-run farm that was born in Baunei in Ogliastra, where for four generations it has been dedicated to the cultivation of the land. Today the Pusole family, formed by the brothers Loredana, Lorenzo and Roberto cultivates in their vineyards, only native grapes, no weeding, no grassing, no irrigation or chemicals or hormones that interfere with the life cycle of the plant. The variety of soils is remarkable, ranging from shale soils rich in clay to soils of alluvial origin that are sandy and rich in stones. In the cellar no use of artifices, only indigenous yeasts and no filtration.
