Saccarè by Cantina Pusole is a red wine made from Cannonau grapes of Sardinia from a 70-year-old vineyard. Located in Ogliastra, where gobelet-trained vines grow on sandy soil. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for at least 10 days, followed by aging in used barrels for a minimum of 12 months.
