Tomassetti Winery
Tomassetti Winery is located in Senigallia in Ancona province where Matteo and Andrea, coming from a family of farmers, in 2015 acquire four hectares of old organic Verdicchio, Trebbiano and Sangiovese vines where their wine is born. The vines are now processed with new systems of pruning, fertilizing and exclusive use of indigenous yeasts with spontaneous fermentations in respect of the territory. The Tomassetti wine is a wine that embodies the elements of the environment that generates and surrounds it, always respecting a natural agriculture that manages to get out of the chemical schemes as a cure for symptoms.
