Characteristics
The wine has a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it features citrus, aromatic herbs, and pronounced minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with lively acidity and a slightly bitter finish.
Pairings
Ideal with cheese focaccia, anchovies in green sauce, and fried seafood.
Curiosities
Named after snails (“lumaca”) for its coiled grape clusters, it is central to the Bianchetta Genovese DOC.
