Characteristics

Light wines with fresh almond, golden apple, and a bitter finish. Traditionally amphora-aged in Veneto’s plains.

Pairings

Pea risotto, Venetian sardines in saor, or fried seafood.

Curiosities

Many producers still use “Tocai” on labels for tradition.
