An Umbrian variant of Trebbiano, this white grape produces simple yet sincere wines. Aromas of Golden Delicious apple, chamomile, and a hint of hay. Perfect with tomato bruschetta or herb frittatas. Fun fact: Grapes were traditionally foot-trodden in wooden vats, a practice still used in historic wineries. Grown in Umbrian hills, it is often blended with Grechetto for added complexity.
