Carmu is a white wine produced by Alma Raminga Vini Erranti Winery with 100% Trebbiano Umbro grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maceration on the skins for 10 days with 20% of whole berries, aging in stainless steel for approximately 8 months on the fine lees. No filtration or clarification.
