Fu Rosè Pas Dosè 100 Months by Cantina Alessandro Viola is a sparkling wine produced using the classic method from Nerello Mascalese grapes. It is aged partly in steel tanks and 10% in French oak barrels, followed by aging for over 100 months on the lees. Disgorged 12/2023.
