Petite is a sparkling white wine produced by Antonio Ligabue Winery with exclusively from Petite Arvine grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, maceration on skins for 2 days. The wine is bottled before the fermentation is complete, finishing it’s fermentation in the bottle through the Ancestral Method. No filtration or clarification and no sulfur added.
