Ramarro Beat is a sparkling white wine produced by Antonio Ligabue Winery with exclusively from Riesling Renano grapes, spontaneous fermentation and is bottled before fermentation is complete, finishing the process in the bottle using the Ancestral Method. After 30 months of aging on the lees, it is disgorged. No filtration or clarification and no sulfur added.
