Blanco is white wine produced by Bodega Cauzon Winery, vinified with Macabeo 50%, Viogner 20%, Chardonnay 15%, Sauvignon 15% grapes at foot of Sierra Nevada mountain. Fermentation with indigenous yeast and aging in steel tank for 6 months without sulphite added.
