Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero is a sparkling white wine produced the Ca’ dei Zago Winery with 100% Glera (Prosecco) grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, a brief contact with the skins, naturally refermentation in the bottle using the Classic Method. It is disgorged after 18 months of aging on the lees, with no dosage added.
