Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Col Fondo is a sparkling white wine produced the Ca’ dei Zago Winery with 80% Glera (Prosecco) and 20% Bianchetta, Verdiso, and Perera grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, with contact with the skins for 3-5 days, naturally refermentation in the bottle using the Ancestral Method. No filtration, stabilization, or disgorging.
