Amphora Viva is an orange wine produced by Giara Winery. The wine is produced with organic Greco, Malvasia, Moscato, Verdeca grapes, from 6 to 9 days of maceration on skin, fermentation on steel tank and aging in amphora for 8 months. Native yeast, no herbicides, no treatments with chemical and/or synthetic fertilizers, pesticide treatments limited to low doses of copper and sulphur.
