Sassafrass from Cantina Casa Brecceto, macerated white wine produced from 100% Greco. Spontaneous fermentation in open steel vats with maceration on the skins for 7 days, followed by aging in terracotta amphora and wood for 6 months and then in the bottle for 3 months. No clarification or filtration.
