Giole is a white wine by Cenci Winery produced exclusively with Trebbiano grapes. After destemming and soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation, with 80% in stainless steel and 20% in barriques (small oak barrels), maceration on skins for approximately 1 day and aging for 7 months in stainless steel with regular bâtonnage (stirring of the lees).
