Les Groslocaux is a red wine produced by Chahut et Prodiges Winery with Gamay, Grolleau and Côt (Malbec) grapes. Spontaneous fermentation, they undergo a whole-cluster maceration for 2-3 weeks in concrete tanks, and subsequent aging in steel tanks. No sulfites added.
