Bason is a sparkling red wine produced by Distina Winery with a 60% Barbera and 40% Croatina grapes. Spontaneous fermentation, maceration on the skins for 15-20 days in concrete tanks, and subsequent aging in concrete as well. Refermentation in the bottle made in Ancestral Method, aging in the bottle for additional for 2 years on the lees.
